Hollywood Is Stupid

Requested Neteller withdrawal on the 13th. Check in with them on the 15th for status. Get an email later saying that my payout will be processed 16th.
Get an email tonight saying that my payment in form of a CHECK will be sent 7-10 days from now.
Called their Customer Service, this guy John (nice guy) tells me this has happened alot, problems with migrating software, etc.
Trying to throw a whopping $25 Bonus Play. I tell him time is money, and because they fucked up I won't have my money for at least week-10 days after I requested it.

This is all AFTER i received a RECEIPT for my payout request that specifically stated I wanted neteller and had all my information.

Thanks to John for tryin to help, but this is fuckin ridiculous. I don't even know if i'll be at my current address in 7-10 days.

apparently u can transfer to pinny quite easy, may be too late if the check is in the mail though

Sportsbooks

I have a half-dozen or so sportsbooks with various amounts in each, but when I was thinking of whom else to add Hollywood NEVER came to mind. Sorry, you're getting hosed over this.

Not anymore. I was told earlier today that "We don't do sportsbook transfers"

The people that SOLD this should have told you guys up front! But i guess that would have lessend the total money on hold at the time of the sale.

I didn't hear of a single problem with them for the entire time I was with them...then they are bought and they lose their best feature (-107) and it seems everyone has a problem.

I'm guessing their volume goes WAYYYYY down.

The way this is being handled probably costs business to every book in that group. I see no point in acquiring Hollywood, just to ruin it. It's not like they ( sportsbook.com group) can take over every competitor, and ruin them, leaving themselves as the only book left.

know when I request a check from Neteller it comes in like 4 days.
But again that is Neteller and they are cool!!

Not sure that's really fair Cincy. It's not like people are getting stiffed. The company was sold.

I agree with you TTinco, you know your my dogg.

But one thing that makes the complaining justifiable is,
the fact that there might be someone out there that really
needs their money and this could mess up their life. Even if
it is rare it is still a bad deal. When it comes to money
people get very antsy.

Yes. So next time they open a new book, would I have to worry about them selling the book again? Of course I would. Would I trust them with my money? Not like I have in the past. I trusted Hollywood as much as I trusted Bet Jamaica, Pinny and Olympic. Would anyone be able to do that if they opened a new book? OF COURSE NOT.

PS: Maybe I did go a little too far by saying they f**ked us all, but the fact remains that I wouldn't trust them as much as I have in the past.
