I spoke with Hollywood CSD supervisor John just now and discussed some of the concerns voiced by many of you over the last several days.
I want to assure you that the problem is not a financial one and no one is being slow paid on purpose. The Neteller withdrawals have created the majority of the delays because of the different software that is now being used to process NT withdrawals. Old Hollywood Neteller #s are not compatable with the new software and are reading non-transferable at this time. This has caused the current payout or withdrawal department to be unable to send funds by Neteller.
I have been assured that everything is being done to recitfy the problem as soon as possible. Anyone who was sent a check by Fed Ex without their permission is free to call Hollywood CSD and asked for a stop payment to be made on that check and another means of payment will be arranged.
Anyone with futures or missing wagers can find out exactly what futures or missing wagers they have by requesting an email listing all pending wagers that are not in their online account profile.
I will stay in contact with both John and Victor all week to try and be of any help that I can getting Rxers paid ASAP or being promptly informed of their account status.

The Rx. is very concrned about Rxers getting their funds in a timely manner and will do all in our power to make sure everyone is paid in full as soon as possible.
