Withdrawal question- Very basic

for some odd reason I am having problems w/d from one of my books. They make you go to the neteller page and do a transfer from a merchant. When it gets to the part that you are tansfering from them to me it ask "what is the Merchant account ID". Who's id do they want? I have tried mine thinking that they need me to type in my id somewhere else and they said no. If it is there's why would they need it? Don't they have it already(there ID #) when I am transfering FROM them. I hope this doesn't sound too confusing. Thought it would be easier asking you guys than calling them. A tad confused!!!

if your talking about OLY they do that but its simple just save there merchant ID in your favs in neteller then click it and it auto fills

OLY has there instructions pretty clear with there neteller merchant code

not sure on heritage never played there

Never played at heritage either, but I found this code in an old post:

Correct, simply input this code.

Anytime you go THROUGH Neteller, they will want to know your account number at the corresponding book......after you provide the CODE for the book.
