Looked like a loose ball still...Lebron didn't have him beat to the spot or the ball. Ben got to the ball first, if anything it could've been a loose ball foul on LEBRON since he didn' t get their first, Ben did.
On the missed FT, Lebron didn't a)have the ball yet, and b)wasn't underneath the ball. Both were going for it, and Ben got to it first, THEN made contact with Lebron. Therefore technically the foul could've been called on Lebron, not Big Ben.
