Hype, same reason Felix Hernandez is -150 every time he pitches when he has been torched each time out. As you both know the books want to even out the play and people love the hype.
Its amazing how much respect the Cubs get by the oddsmakers and the public. I m amazed. Who would lay that much on a guy that hasnt started all year and is one of the best fades in the business. Wow!
That is funny stuff. I'm a huge Kerry Wood and Cubs fan, but even I had to chuckle on the over/under of when Wood leaves with elbow tightness. GO CUBS THOUGH!!
And he did not exactly have all good outings in AAA....I think you have to make a small play on Washington...The problem is Wash. has not been able to score............G
