Although I dont contribute much here....I will take a stab. Since I have my flight Booked for the bash, I feel kinda ashamed of not posting enough , hardly never.
Here Goes: The Knowledge and Profesionalism of Ted, Wils handling the brunt of the disputes and Problems , The Ever Savy Fish w/ his keen eye for THE best value bar none , The interesting Topics and Discussions of J-man and the King of Comedy himself,the Rx Jester , Dante. TT very active and informative.....I really believe Rob is Part of the Funky Bunch...He gives off good Vibrations!

Finally a reply, kind of a spoof off another thread. Wil is in tough spot as head dude, SS comes across as the harsh young dumb and full of cum Canadian, J is controversial, Fish is pretty clean, Dante, Rob just fade into the background, Political mod , I don't care or know if it's Identity, Roxy, or X-panda, orsomebody else !
I think Wilhelm does a hell of a job at his duties. Gained a lot of respect for him the last year or so. He is the bomb. Fishead is phenominal also. Adds a lot of insight to the "grinding" side of the industry. Journey is also very good IMO for no one reason in particular. Can just tell I would enjoy having a few cold ones with him. TTinco is a Husker guy and for that I would love to have a few with him also. And to be honest, unless I think hard, I don't even know anyone else is a moderator. So I guess my advice to them would be to add a little more to the table. Try to find some interesting things a bit more often and start some interesting threads. That could go for all of them actually. Generally, they all do a hell of a job though, no question about it.
creating a mod is tough.being one is tougher. if everyone knew what goes on behind the scenes and all the absolute crap each mod has to wade thru and knowing they cant win cuz someone will always get the raw end. each moderator has a role and someone has to be the bad guy and unfortunatly its the good guy who does the job.wil is a great head mod. and the moderating team is awsome as well.they arent here to make friends.as mods go this team rocks! i have no idea what a moderators role is across the street.they allow others to be trashed and no one steps in.they have the easiest job in the world! drama creates traffic and things used to be that way here.so its impossible to create just 1 mod when many are needed to fill certain roles.
to be a mod the most impotant thing is you have to like people, ALL kinds of people and be a people person and generally care about others feelings and wants
...IMO The RX has very diverse Mod's some are IT, some are contest, some are dispute, some are meet and greet and make people feel welcome, some do a little of everything ..

and never end the debate until the other person finally decides to STFU.
Then you take Doc Mercer's ability to be here 24 hours a day 7 days a week. This is ungodly.
Take D2Bets always level headed reasoning.
Use Slim's bookmaking skills.
And finnaly, take Jabow's industry knowledge.
Slap that together, that is the perfect Moderator for an offshore gambling forum.
