I stuck around and gave Hollywood a fair shot, I really did...
But after what just happened, I'm cleaning out my account and moving on.

I requested a Neteller WD for $6k on tuesday 5/16 (using their new banking format on their website) and called their CS dept to make sure everything was good to go...
I was told it would be processed within 24-48 hours and that I would have the $$$ by thursday at the latest...
Today, thursday 5/18, at about 4pm, I called their CS to see if it would be in there this afternoon, as I was told it would be...
However, I was told that the WD had been CANCELLED since they (the new financial service Hollywood uses) has no record of my Neteller account info!!!
They told me that even though I entered the Neteller info on their banking form when I requested the WD two days prior, they weren't able to "verify" the info!!!
Amazingly, they said since I hadn't DEPOSITED money into my account "recently" (i.e. in the past 10 days since they've been bought out) that they do not have my Neteller info on file to be "verified" and therefore the WD's would be processed via FedEx!
I told the girl I wanted the FedEx cancelled and the WD processed through Neteller immediately. She made an "exception" (if you want to believe her) and said she would "allow" me to use Neteller to withdraw even though it's against policy (since my Neteller hasn't been "officially registered" yet with the NEW company, i.e. by a deposit)...
But then she told me I would have to wait ANOTHER 24-48 hours! This was obviously unacceptable since I was given bad information the first time I called and the mistake was clearly made by Hollywood...
I wanted the money immediately. She refused and passed me along to a supervisor who was no help at all. I told him I wanted my Neteller WD processed immediately or I was taking ALL my money out...
He said it was "against policy" to process withdrawals immediately and that I would have to wait ANOTHER 24-48 hours for the WD to be processed. Then he corrected himself and said it may take an additional 24 hours to be SENT to Neteller AFTER the initial 24-48 hours...
Meaning it could take up to 72 hours to get the money that was supposed to be there today!
I told him since he wasn't willing to take care of his customers and make an "exception to policy" and process my WD immediately (since it was already due this afternoon), that I was taking out all my money. Which I just did.
So there you go. Hollywood clearly isn't in the "customer service" game anymore.
I know it's not a big deal to some...but if I'm told something, I expect you to come through on it. And if you screw up (which happens sometimes, no biggie) then make it up to me. All they had to do was make one phone call and take care of the Neteller WD this afternoon. They refused and it cost them a customer.
