Found this survey on USAToday.com and the results were interesting. Just wanted to see what my fellow gamblers felt.

Same here dmmd98...but I think as soccer fans we're in the small minority here. Around the world people close up shop!

Looking forward to the World Cup even though I probably won't bet anything until the contenders have disposed of the pretenders and I've seen the teams play.

Glad to hear you're a World Cup fan OMT. Who do you think has the best chance to win it all?

"Boy do i miss football" was the runaway winner with 34% of the votes in the usatoday.com poll. I'm not surprised.

I have really enjoyed the NBA playoffs thus far. Just have not been able to get into the NHL playoffs at all. Havent watched more than a few period here and there. Can not wait for the world cup. Such a great sporting event. Cup soccer gets my vote

Interleague baseball v World Cup?!

Indy500 v World Cup?!!!

What the hell kind of poll is this?

Just kidding, to each his own. But for me the answer is of course:

World Cup!:dancefool

(Even though Denmark didn't qualify this time.) :Sad Face:

Tiger's return to golf after his father's passing. Regardless if he plays well or not I want to watch the compassion the fans and sport have toward Tiger and all that he's done for the game. He's missed already.

Easily interleague baseball for me, followed closely by Stanley Cup. NBA Finals could move up if the Cavs make the finals. What a story it would be if the Cavs and Clips make the finals.
