I know it's insane to lay that much chalk, but is there anyone out there that can talk me out of playing the Cardinals at least in some fashion?

IMO way to much juice on a road fav.. KC is playing .500 ball at home- so I would stay away.

im sure you can find better value out there then a -2.5 +119 away team... i know ur chances are probably more likely then not to win it but still..good luck though

thanks. living in Kansas, I see how bad KC is on a daily basis, and being a big Cardinals fan, I'm probably a little biased, but these just seem to be two teams on the absolute opposite ends of the spectrum. I know...that's why they play the games and there is no such thing as a sure thing in sports, but I guess I don't see STL leaving KC without at least one BIG win. Of course that's what I thought about Cleveland last time they came to town.

St. Louis has seen Mark Redman many times for his days in the NL Central, and they shell him. KC hasn't won a game this year started by Mark Redman. Many of the young Royals hitters have never seen Carpenter before. St. Louis has the DH factor now which makes a great offensive club just that much better. I don't think the Royals could win this game with 11 guys in the field! Just kidding of course but this one HEAVILY favors St. Louis and if they lose this would be the biggest upset in baseball in my recent memory in my opinion. I'd be creative in finding ways to play St. Louis today maybe parlay it with some other games you like to up the earnings. even though the line is extreme.

good info colin...I guess it could really cost me if KC sweeps the redbirds, but I'm thinking that if I make a play on the Cards and they somehow don't win today doubling up tomorrow and again on Sunday if need be. I just don't see any way that the lowly Royals can win all three against the Cards. I know...nobody thought they would sweep the Yankees last year either, but just seems that they invent new ways to lose games this year. Maybe they did last year too and I have just forgotten that.

Cards as a base in a couple of parlays for me. Different tms I know but just remember what the Rays do every fall it seems to the mighty Yanks.
