Alright yesterday was a decent day looking to capitalize and have an even better day today. Interleague can be tough but betting smart and analyzing the stats can help greatly. Here are my 4 picks for today's games:

Rockies -126 over Toronto: While I like the Blue Jays a lot this year Aaron Cook has actually been a very solid pitcher this season. Even though he has a 1-3 record at home his home ERA is 2.79 very good for COORS FIELD. The main reason I like this game though for the Rockies is because they face arugably the worst starter in baseball this year. Even though Towers did well against Tampa last start the Rockies are a very competitive ball club this year and I have a feeling Coors Field won't be a welcoming spot for an already struggling pitcher.

San Diego -102 over Seattle: San Diego is the slight underdog in this matchup despite having a 13-6 road record and being one of the hottest teams in the month of May. Jarrod Washburn has complained lately of "dead arm" which can seriously derail a pitchers feel for multiple starts. Chris Young has been solid this year and faces a very average Seattle lineup. I like the Pads here.

Astros -1.5 over Texas: Hank Blalock is questionable for Texas and Phil Nevin has to sit out because of the no DH rule. So Texas could be without 2 of there biggest bats while going up against a starter who is due for a dominating outing. Tejada for Texas is extremely erractic and struggles throwing strikes consistently. Houston gets Berkman back tonight so that should help there lineup considerably. I like Houston by more than 2 runs in this game.

Giants +133 over Oakland: I'm a big Noah Lowry fan I think this guy has great stuff and anytime he is an underdog I feel the need to take him. The DH rule should help the Giants as I think Barry ties the Babe tonight. Haren is a very solid pitcher but gives up the longball like it is going out of style (11 so far this year) he lives in the strike zone and I look for many of the Giants professional hitters to take advantage of this.

Good luck to everyone today!!!
