Pitt-Cleve

Cleveland comes in winning 3 straight after sweeping K.C. while Pitt wins 2 of 3 from the slumping Reds. The Reds had lost 5 in a row prior to yesterday when Pitt blew a 6 run first inning lead. It is not good to be down as a team and have to face C C Sabathia. He is nasty and very good. He is over his injuryand has a 2-1 record with a 2.31 ERA. Zach Duke is no slouch either with a 2-4 record and a 4.24 ERA.He has had some tough luck and lost his last 2 outings to Fla. and Wash. Sabathia is just too good and Pitt coming off a bad loss yesterday look for Cleveland to continue to WIN!! PLAY CLEVELAND 5 UNITS (PLAY 1 UNIT ON UNDER)

Cinn-Det

2 teams in different direction. Yes the Reds won yesterday in thrilling conditions but they had lost 5 in a row prior while the Tigers have won 7 in a row. the pitching favors Det as well. Bonderman is a stud with a 5-3 record and era 3.74. Claussen is a lefty with a 2-4 record era 4.96. The difference to me is the lineups. They strongly favor the tigers. All the bats for the tigers are RH and they are HOT now, Cincy can score but not enough on Bonderman. IRod, Ordonez, Polonco and the rest of the Tigers ROLL. PLAY DET 4 UNITS

Minn-Milw

Again 2 teams in opposite directions - Minn in a 5 game losing streak and Milw 4 straight wins, all fantastic finishes. Beign able to win in a final at bat builds tremendous confidence and morale. Milw is good with lots of talented players. The pitching favors Milw with Davis who is 2-2 but Milw is 7-2 in his games. Milw is 4-1 in his home games. Liriano is coming off disabled list and will only throw 60-70 pitches and then its to the bull pen for Twins. PLAY MILW 5 UNITS

Tor-Colo

Tor can score plenty everytime they play and in Colo all things are possible. Towers gives up runs even though he pitched a gem his last outing. TB isn't Coors field. PLAY OVER 11 3 UNITS.

I love these plays personally. Liriano isn't coming off the DL though he is coming out of the bullpen to start, but you are correct he will be on a limited pitch count and outside of Rincon and Nathan the Twins bullpen has been shaky this year. No DH for the Twins so an already struggling offense gets that much worse. Liriano is a stud though but I think it will be low scoring early and get broken open by Milwaukee later in the game.

Good luck today!!
