It's good to hear that people in the Bay area can appreciate what an amazing feat Barry accomplished in a tougher era of baseball.

Who cares, this thread is about Barry Bonds breaking a tainted homerun record that drunk ass Babe Ruth once held. It wasn't too long ago Hank Aaron was getting hate mail for doing what Barry just did. Take it easy from the hate for a second and recognize greatness right in front of you.

Just wondering why people take Barry so personally. Has he harmed you or your family? I mean you don't have to like the guy and can certainly make typical comments against him, but man the "I wish he gets killed or maimed for this" commentary is ridiculous. Save your venom for people that really do you harm is my thought on this.

Besides when is Barry going to be "caught" for his roid usage? I am still waiting. We have had a bunch of no-name losers getting bans, why isn't Barry? If these guys who can't even get close to an All-Star game are taking them and still not succeeding, are you all so very sure Barry's skill is purely medical science and not hard work and dedication?

i dont wish him dead. i am just sick of seeing this cheater all over my tv every day. the fact that he is an asshole just makes it worse. to have this guy own both of baseball's most sacred records is a travesty that both hank aaron and roger maris (God rest his soul) should take very personally.

when will he get caught? dont know...barry is probably too smart for them. he is likely one step ahead of all the testing. fact is, he could inject human growth hormone in the locker room before the game today and they will never detect it with the test they are using.

you think the guys who wrote that book made everything up? you think his head is the same size as it was in 1986? ok...
