I can't figure this out. Does anyone know for sure it says seattle -134 and also Pinero in big bold letters. I think this will be voided. Does anyone know how 5 dimes handles these overnights

I'm not sure. I NEVER do. I guess my question is is that option on their overnight screen. I don't remember seeing it

Good question, I think it's both listed, they seem to list the pitcher for the side you bet on, but I think it means both.

Why do you not list pitchers if given the option ? Most of us always list.

Do you uncheck the boxes and make it action at places like Pinny ?

action EVERYWHERE. I can get sloppy and miss one here or there. I know alot of people don't agree but I don't want to be checking all day long to see if their has been a pitching change and my wager has been cancelled, some may disagree but I feel in the long run the action side can help you as much as hurt you. Heck I have Seattle -134 @ on this bet.

Probably has not very much effect, but I'm often against a certain pitcher, so I always list, plus you shop a lot, and don't protect your price by going action, but no huge difference. I'm sure most here list.

I am sure also most list. I guess it is just alot easier record keeping wise for action, VERY RARELY comes into play.

There is nothing to be gained by betting a game with action instead of listed. The only reason they have that option is for junkies. If you are a pro, or at least someone that attempts to win at this game, listed is the only way to go. The wager is still cancelled with action if there is a pitching change. It's just that you automatically get a new wager with the same risk amount at the new price when the betting re-opens. So you didn't have -134 on this game tonight. Check your graded wagers, and you'll see that you had the Mariners at the opening price of the new line. Pitching changes are rare, but they have a huge effect on whether or not you will want to bet a game. Why tell the book beforehand that you still want to bet a game in the case of a pitching change, if there is no way to know at that point if you really would like to bet it or not? Heck, you may even want to bet the other side if there is a pitching change.

It has to be listed but I remember ICEMAN saying one time that he only uses pitching as 25% of his capping. If you are like me and use pitching for 75% of your capping, listed is the only way to go.

Action is useful when you have the possibility of a 5th starter scratched and a stud in his place on short rest.

why is it useful? you still get adjusted price which might be a -200 or more fav if up against another 5th starter

Sorry, more meant if you uncheck the box of the team who's pitcher situation is in question (pinny)
