Had a great day yesterday on side bets, winning all 4 of them. I won 1 under bet and lost 2 other under bets.
My unit system is from 1 to 5 ONLY. I wont have too many 5 units play however. A usual solid play for me is a 3 unit play. I will return tomorrow with a few writeups as to why I like these games. But I handicapped these during my poker tournament tonight. I like to bet them on the overnight lines whenever possible.

1. 2 units= Chicago Cubs -128 With Maddux AND Moehler conditional starting. THis is a spot where it is not so much that Maddux is pitching as it is that Moehler is starting. Moehler is off to a 1-4 start this year with a 7.29 ERA. I look for this to be a low scoring game around a 4-0 win for the Cubs. Maddux suffered a tough loss against the White Sox in his last start. Maddux had to face Buehrle in that game. Tough to get a win on the road against the White Sox and their great staff. As for Moehler, his last start was very unimpressive against an enemic Tampa bay squad. His only win of the year came against the HORRENDOUS Pittsburgh Pirates. MADDUX alone will get the job done here!
2. 2 units= Detroit -1.5 runs and -125
Detroit has the best record in baseball and it will continue here. Detroit has won 12 out of their last 13 games. ALL of those games were played against teams that are much better than KC. Meanwhile, Kansas City has only lost 11 games in a row, losing all but 3 of them by 2 or more runs. And this is DETROIT!!! kansas City is pitching REDMAN who is 0-4 fo the year with a 6.88 ERA. In his last 5 outings, he has a 7.77 ERA. Detroit rolls in this one, possibly by the 10 run mercy rule! Here are a few trends about this game.

Sele has been on a roll since coming back this season late. He is a collective 2-0 with a 2.29 ERA. Here are a few interesting trends in this game.

4. LA Dodgers wayyyyy under 8 runs -125
