Is this permitted?
I have nothing at all against it, and since this site lacks pm's, it's a good way to notify people that you are trying to contact them.
As I pointed out in a post yesterday, trying to reach posters by having a mod forward my email has a problem - the poster could've long ago switched email addresses/started using a different address, and there's no way to know if the email was received or not.
So this is a good alternative.
I posted my email address once, but this was deleted by a mod.
Too simple and efficient, I suppose.
Just want to make sure I can make a post like the above whenever I have a mod forward an email.

The Rx. does not allow posters to use private email addresses in threads in any of our Forums..

Include your own exact user name and the exact user name of the poster you want to contact.
I will forward messages but not give out email addresses of posters who have not previously OKd' it by email.
