As far as the makers ever adusting a total upward. that will never happen. Many years ago in the offshore world is when they started "shadeing" totals to -15 -20 -25 whatever the case maybe. They will just make you lay a bigger price but the numbers will always remain about the same. .5 run an there is nothing uncommon, but if you will notice the Vig is Always built into the number.
I remember the big meeting as they were ALL thinking of going to -20 on sides at that time as well. Someday that shall happen too.
Baseball is without a doubt the slowest time for the makers and some shops get just enough bizz to get hurt anyway.
