WADE WAS PLAYING POKER LAST NIGHT AT GREEKTOWN CASINO....IN DETROIT....A GUY I KNOW WHEN HOME AT 5:30 AM AND HE WAS STILL THEIR!!!!

DOES IT MEAN ANYTHING???

IS HE A NIGHT PERSON AND SLEEP DURING THE DAY?

it is hard to imagine giving 6.5 when Detroit played as poor a game as I have ever seen them play in the playoffs.

I am taking a shot on Miami on the money line. I love betting plus numbers.

I have them both as series winners before either game 1. I definitely like both of their chances now. Good luck to us both

an older athlete might have an impact but a young athlete in their prime thrives on challenges so im not sure it will do/anything

Lets say Wade left the Casino at 6:00 AM. Went to bet at 7:00 AM. Bus leaves at 4:00 PM. That is 9 hours of sleep/get ready time. For a guy in his early twenties he will be fine.

this means absolutely nothing as far as DWade's performance goes. everyone in the NBA parties all the time.

though it is pretty interesting; I never pictured DWade as a night club/late night casino type of guy. always saw him as a workaholic, no foolishness type of guy.

he'll still score 25+

Quick thought here...for people looking to bet MIA and PHX for the series, wouldn't it be a better idea to bet them both to win the championship then hedge back assuming one or both win?

Odds on MIA and PHX to win the championship from a quick look is around +400 and +500. You could hedge back a lot of that if one or both win and get more than +100 and +175 on your dollar for the conference champ bet...thoughts?

I was at a club once two years ago and L.James, Jalen Rose, Morris Petterson, and Robert Taylor were all partying hard til 3-4am in toronto (19 is the legal drinking age by way) well the next afternoon they have a game and LBJ has his first 50 point game against the raptors.

AceAce, it really does not matter for Walker because he is at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Florida every single night there is not a game, including the night before.

Now the reason why Walker is losing is because he is playing against some of the worst poker players in the world at the Hard Rock.

I call the Hard Rock the ATM because everytime I play poker there I am leaving with 1K and I am a very average poker player.
I see Antoine Walker, Shannon Anderson, Zach Thomas, and Jason Taylor there constantly but by far Antoine is their #1 customer.
