OT- Urgent music(rap)question

Help a buddy out here....it will buy me some serious bonus\er points with a chicky friend.

Rap song, was big maybe 6 months ago....was pretty smooth, nothing too harsh, but it's noticable characteristic is the guy "whistling" woooot, wooo (or similar) throughout the song. I've heard it once or twice, but have no idea who it is.

Yep, and if you listen close he is playing Kashmir on Physical Grafitti...everyone thought it was an error in the movie but CC did it intentially to show Ratner was not a very sharp tool.
