I read in a May poker magazine an ad for Mansion Poker. It said "$450 in free chips". I checked out the site....signed up...and used the promo code to get the free chips. After one day, I called when no free chips were placed in my account. I gave them a call to see if I had used the right code and when my chips would be credited. Customer service was very polite, but told me they had no idea what I was talking about. They said to contact the magazine since it could be they were the ones offering the special promo.
So I emailed the magazine, but never got an answer. Not even a "we received your email and are looking into the situation." Nada! So after a five day wait, I decided to email them again asking them why they had not answered me.
Well when I woke up this morning and got on the PC and checked out my email, there was one from Mansion Poker. Apparently the poker magazine had forwarded my question to Mansion, or the two of them got together to find out a solution to the problem. What was the problem? The problem was, it was SUPPOSED to be for the Mansion Casino....not the poker room. But nowhere in the ad did it suggest anything about a casino. It had no pictures that would suggest it was a casino either.
So guess what happened? The person that runs the poker room, named Sarah, said in the email, that because of the mistake, that I should send them my account information and she would credit my account $100. And this is $100 with no strings attached!
I don't know about you, but with my experience with their customer service so far, I think I'm going to enjoy playing there. If I were you, I'd give them a try!
