LAD -116 over Wash (2 units)
Tomko/Hernandez
Hernandez has been over-rated all year long. Don't think he's starting to pitch better. His last 2 games were against the Cubs and Baltimore.

Pit +119 over Hou
Buchholz/Snell
Pit actually does well at home against righties.

AZ -140 over Cin
Webb/Milton
Hard to not bet on Webb.

NYM/Fla over 7.5 -108
Pedro/J Johnson
Fla + home = OVER!

StL -124 over SD
StL/SD over 8 -117[/b]
Suppan/Hensley
Good price here for Suppan and the streaking Cards against the slumping Padres.

Col/SF over 7.5 -104
Francis/Schmidt
SF + home = OVER!

American League later.

Hey QL,

Thanks for the great picks. I love Pitt especially against a toothless Stros offense that lost Berkman last night! Snell has really turned it around too. Have you seen the FLA TT line at 2.5? I love Pedro and all, but that seems like it could be worth a look.

Love the Dodgers play, the bats are hot and you are right that is a pitching mismatch. Great number!

I saw that. But then I also saw that a couple games earlier in the season ended up with the Mets' opponent only scoring 1 run and 2 runs. But that was SD and Atl when they were having their scoring slumps so this may be a live one to look at.

The reason we're getting such a good number here is because Wash just won 5 out of their last 6 at home. But keep in mind that was against Baltimore and a slumping Houston team.

What Snell are you referring too, certainly not the guy going for the Pirates tonight...his last 2 starts he has lasted a combined 6 innings, allowed 11 hits, 12 runs, 9 ER, 3 Homers, 7 walks and only 4 K's. He does do solid against Houston in his career but is only 1-2. Pitt is a solid pick but Snell is atrocious I may sit this game out. Good luck though gentlemen!

Check out the Dodgers lineup too most of there big hitters Drew, Kent, Cruz Jr. and Furcal all have great success in there careers against Livan. Tomko has been great, the Dodgers are the hottest team in baseball they aren't getting enough respect today. Everytime I watch Livan this year he is living in the low 80's I think he is pitching through some kind of injury that hasn't been revealed yet.

Good stuff colin.

Just wanted to point out a mistake from above. I have the following posted that did not get put in bold-

StL/SD over 8 -117

Only 1 unit on that bet.

Snell was atrocious in the beginning of the season, but I would upgrade him to just erratic now. ER's for his last 6 games: 2 @ Cle, 7 vs. FL, 0 vs. Ari., 3 @ NYM, 0 vs. Phi, 2 @ Hou. The Florida game was the only true meltdown plus he totally handled the Stros on the road with Berkman in the lineup.

Well I'm at 3-3 now with the Dodgers losing, NYM/Fla and Sea/Min staying under while Pit and AZ won and Fla TT went over 2.5. Thanks to Hans for pointing that last one out.

In the remaining games it looks like StL will probably lose to SD but it's close to going over for that game. That leaves Col/SF going over 7.5. If that happens I could be looking at a 5-4 day. My 2 games for 2-units lost so I'm looking at a unit loss if that happens.
