The thought was going through my head as I saw this game unfold yesterday. It still hasn't sunk in yet that the 2 NY Teams with Mussina and Pedro on the hill couldn't defeat the 2 AAA teams yesterday. Worst day I have ever had in my 2 year career.

Pro sports...any team can beat any team on any given day...

MLB has too many factors to consider betting any team -200 or better.

People can rant and rave all they want....said it before and say it again...if you cant bet the dog in bases,dont fn bet.

I agree MLB has a lot of factors to consider, I bet the dog consistently but I didn't think there was any chance the Royals could go into Yankee Stadium coming off the defeat that they had on Thursday and win. The Royals hadn't won in Yankee Stadium in 5 years but it just backs up the point that sometimes you miss when things are going well for you, THERE IS NO LOCK IN BASEBALL. I have to keep remembering that. Royals may be the most awful team ever to take the field but they still have another 40 to 50 wins for the remainder of the year. The best in baseball wins 100 games the worst team in baseball wins 50 to 60 games. Upsets happen just have to move on.
