Long Time No See Guys...Anyone Still Sweating A Hollywood Payout?

Well I am. Close to 3 Dimes. The 24 to 48 hours drags on.

Anyway, I got involved in a so far successful and enjoyable sports related investment which has taken all of my time and I have really not had the time nor inclination to post. So hello to my old friends and just want to say that I'm keeping my fingers crossed. Just agreed to give them another 48 hours. The latest excuse for a delay is that "although they have all the records they have to check to see if I fulfilled my rollover requirements."

Strange since I was a 107 player and never received a bonus and they know that.

they suck

it took me 2 weeks to get my 13k out of this place, emails to wilheim (thanks for the help!) they give you the runaround, tell you its being processed while you wait and wait.

I was told i would get a fedex check which i did not want and stated specifiacally to them i wanted neteller, they didnt listen so i wait for the fedex guy to come, and for 3 days no check i call them for tracking number they dont have one???

i check my neteller by chance and the money is there, two days later they email me to check my neteller account THANKS! this place does not inspire confidience in me at all.... hope you get yours soon...

I was told I would get a Fedex check but it never came

I called and was told my rollover was incomplete (I had secured email from Hollywood, on the Monday the change was announced, that my rollover was complete). As I was on the phone I checked and the money was in my account and withdrawable. The clerk came back on and verified my rollover was incomplete and would not let me make the point that it was available and hung up. So I withdrew to NETeller (as I had made the $20 token deposit) and it was there 26 hours later. The next day I got email saying my rollover was complete!

Now I understand all I have heard about Sporting Bet clones. I have been a client at Sporting Bet UK and the customer service is excellent and courteous so I could not understand the complaints, but now I can after this run around and extreme rudeness. BTW Sporting Bet UK lines do differ from the lines posted at their clone books and they do deal dual lines.

Requested a bank wire and did all that was asked of me, ie... banking information and small deposit and actually registered my neteller account also. After not getting anything for a week I called customer service to do a follow up. Long story short they recommended I don't do a bank wire since it would be much longer and said since they had my neteller info that it could be sent within 12-24 hrs. I said fine and was surprised when I logged into my neteller account about an hour later and the transfer was made correctly.

I actually still like Hollywood. They have good props. I can usually find a variety of lines there. They are owned by one of the financially strongest sportsbooks in the world (Sportingbet). (did I say that right?)
