So if they cancel the game, the RL and ML people will be refunded, i just see people saying the RL will be cancelled

If the game's cancelled before 9 full (or 8.5 if the home team is leading), RL's and totals are cancelled. ML's are action as long as the game's official (5 innings or 4.5 if the home team is leading.)

I'm doing 10 things at once here so not watching it but pretty sure he was joking around. Rarely are they going to cancel one that quick, especially with just a 1/2 inning to go and the home team down. Though unlikely anything is possible, they will get a quick hook sometimes if the bad weather is slow moving and showing to be stagnant in the area for a long period of time. That or the umps got reservations at one of the nicer eating places in town or bet the under earlier in the day.

I'm pretty sure that by rule, the game has to be delayed by 30 minutes before it can be called. The radar image I saw a half hour ago didn't look too horrible so I'd say there's a good chance the game resumes.
