Not to excited about todays games nothing really caught my eye.

2*A's -110: A's have seem to hit a rough patch of games blowing a few good leads vs the White Sox and Rangers. While 7 in a row is bad you cant expect it to continue out of a club like Oakland. These guys are not the lowly Royals. With Zito on the mound I think he may be the man to get them back on track and avoid back to back sweeps. Zito has been great lately and had alot of success vs this club in the past posting a 15-3 lifetime.

2*Phillies -131: I will fade Dave Bush and his horrendous road performances. Again these Brewers are not a great road team and are facing an above average club. Gavin Floyd isnt much to rave about either but I think he should outpitch Bush on the road and the Phillies coming out with a W.

2*Under Pirates/Astros 9 -115: Wandy has been one of the most consistent hurlers the Stros have had all year. He had alot of success vs the Pirates the last time around giving up 1 ER. And while Maholm struggled in their last series he has really improved his play as of late. Allowing only 8 ER's in his last 5 outings to the likes of the Phillies, Mets, Reds, Indians, and Diamondbacks after allowing 17 ER's in his 1st 4 outings. With Houstons RBI man Lance Berkman most likely sitting with an injury that may just be an added bonus. Not to mention the Pirates have struggled mightily with lefties all year.

1*Padres +111: After such dominating effort today you have to wonder if the Padres are on the brink of another big run. Probably not, but I still like the fact that Park is the dog at home vs Ponson who has just come back off the DL. On any given day Park can be lights out and who knows Ponson might be a little rusty. Hoping Pads take it tomorrow.

1*White Sox -135: Contreras will have a cooling effect on Torontos offensive explosion today. He is a top tier pitcher and expect him to keep Toronto's run count low. Although Jannssen has found success recently, who has he really faced? In his last 4 outings he had to luxury of taking on the Angels twice and the Devil Rays twice. Two of the worst offenses in the MLB and both games vs the Angels were during the Angels big losing streak. I think the White Sox will find success vs Jannssen and win the game.

1*Pirates +101: Fading Astros horrible W/L ratio on the road compounded with their struggles when Berkman is out of the lineup. Maholm has shown he can keep the Pirates in the game im hoping they can get a few runs here and there and grab a win.

May have some adds later awaiting lines on Dodgers and Angels

1*Over Angels/Orioles 9.5 -120: Bedard has really come back down to Earth since a good start to the season. Also Vlad Guerrero is absolutely killing lefties this year with a .456 BA. Angels need him to get going to put up alot of runs. And finally Weaver is making his first performance of the year and the Orioles have had much more success against righties.
