Anyone just see that freak accident in the Padre game?

Kid was walking back to his seat behind home plate, his head was right next to the netting protecting the crowd and a foul ball went straight back and caught him in the head. There was enough play in the netting to have the ball hit him. Never saw that before.

He looks like he'll be ok.

I thought it just scared him at first and thought it was funny that he fell over, glad to see he's ok

That's what I thought and then I saw the people surrounding him.

Funny story from last night. I'm sitting behind the Royals dugout last night and a high foul ball comes over and everybody misses catching it. The poor girl sitting in front of me about 17 years gets hit on the coconut. She's ok.

4 innings later another high foul ball is coming in, everyone stands up and she makes some crazy noise and tries to hide under the metal pole that divides the box seats. I felt bad, I couldn't stop laughing. She was laughing about it too.
