Terrible day, that is unless you took a shot on the heavily priced New York Yankees at -380 or even -420 or the Boston Red Sox at -320 or -300. It certainly seemed all the teams people were banking on came up lame and they included the Phillies, Reds, the White Sox, maybe even the Marlins who, with Willis on the mound, dropped a decision to the Mets and finally the game between the Cardinals and Padres who failed to top the 8.5 run total after combining for 6 damm runs after only 3 innings. I've read before that Saturday's can rob a pocket book rather quickly and today's base results certainly aided to the cause I would venture to guess, :WTF:
