I am sure he is all pissed off and wants to make a "statement," but is that worth either:
1) about 50k in legal fees to take the matter to trial (or a gulity plea with a public defender)
2) a likely felony conviction on his record that will take explaination for the rest of his life on every job application, no matter how inane the underlying law was? :nopityA:
