One "hot.....monday"

NYY - Det

Det comes into the series with the Yanks with the major league best record at 35-15. This is a big series to Det to prove they are no"Fluke". A win over the mighty Yankees would make Det. look even better. Today the Yanks send Johnson to pitch with a 6-4 record and a 5.89 era. Those numbers really are worse becasue his last 4 games he has pitched 19 innings and gave up 22 runs. Bonderman is 5-3 with a 4.57 era. Bonderman hasn't been great at home going 1-3 with a 7.48 era but I think the tigers get to Johnson and this is really a huge game for the Tigers and for me. I WILL PLAY DET - 25.

SF - Fla

SF travels across the states to play the Marlins and I am sure Fla is hoping the trip wears them down. Fla is struggeling while SF is 7-3 last 10 while waitning for Bonds to break the "BABE'S mark for 2nd on the HR list. Bond will probley sit out which should help the Marlins. SF starts M Morris who is 3-5 with a 5.49 era while the Marlins counter with lefty Olsen who is 2-3 on the year. I like Oslen in this spot and the Gaints are 3-7 in Morris starts and I think Fla is ready to play. FOR ME I WILL PLAY THE MARLINS + 20.

good luck my betting system says detroit should win but a 79 percent chance at detroit winning thats a hard one to predict with johnson pitching but detroit rideing a- is a goos sign they might pull it off but they were - today and lost against a bad pitcher. can tey bounce back against the yanks or is this their end to a 5 or more game winning streak.

iseen 3 79% lose today might be a bad sign.

I think Detroit got caught looking ahead to this game and forgot about Cleveland plus Johnson plain and simple pitched well. Tip your cap and move on and I like the Tigers. Best of luck Elvis on your plays today!!!!!

Well, should have played 3 or 4 games. At least I split out, not losing is a good day, just ask some of these other cappers.
