I say no not this year. But he is 7-3 with a 2.55 ERA. I know there are alot of games between now and the game but who knows? I'm sure they will go with some veterans if it look like it will be close

He is one of the best pitchers in the AL for sure. If he keeps up this performance he will.

Why wouldn't he be, if he continues to pitch as well as he has? It's a no-brainer right now if the season ended today...there's not nearly as much discrimination with rookies in MLB as there is in the NBA.

Also doesn't hurt that he's on the most surprising team in the league.
