since coming back from layoff, i started out winning three days and then lost my last two, but my two losing days were very small. hope to get back on track today.
phillies -145 vs washington (3 units)..............now that the brewers are gone, maybe we can win some games again. phils are 1-5 vs the brewers this year. lieber started the year horribly, but has pitched much better lately. washington continues to struggle overall this year and has been a go against most of the time. phils at home with lieber pitching should be a bigger fav than this. i love them at only 145.
mets -134 vs arizona (3 units)...........to me arizona has been a big surprise this year, they are in first place in their division. they are a great home team so far, but are very beatable on the road. like the above game, i see grea value in the mets at home laying only 134. maybe slight pitching advantage for zona, but offense goes to mets who have seem to hit home runs in bunches lately.
milwaukee -104 vs pittsburgh (2 units)............i know the jason bay and the bucs have played some pretty good ball at home lately, so why is this line what it is? they have zach duke pitching as well. hopefully the brewcrew will continue to play well vs the pennsylvania teams. i am not a believer that the pirates are all of a sudden a good team when everybody was making fun of them not long ago.
atlanta -116 vs dodgers (2 units)...........i have been saying it is the braves turn to get hot in the nl east. mets and phils have had their streaks. braves just continue to find ways to win. i am going to ride the braves here. they are a pretty good record at home, while the dodgers are about 50% on the road.
next wo games are both for one unit each and they are nice sized dogs.
minnesota +171 vs angels................radke used to be a great pitcher and is capable of throwing a great game. angels have a losing record at home, so why not at 171
boston +170 vs toronto..............boston certainly a good team to get these odds and halladay is not going to go 24-1, worth a shot.
