Dodgers - Braves
Braves return home after sweeping the Cubs while the dodgers are glad to leave the hot Wash Nationals. Today the Dodgers look to get back to win column by sending B Penny to pitch with a 5-1 record and a good era 2.31 to face Thomson who is 2-3 with a respectable era 3.04. The Braves almost blew a 4 run lead in the 9th to win in extra innings and both teams need their pitchers to give them 7 good innings. I expect the Dodgers to get it and also to get the game as I like Penny in this spot as the Braves pen can lose any lead. They may not see a lead today though. I PLAY DODGERS + 15 3 UNITS.
Wash - Philly
Wash enters this game on a HOT streak winners 7 of last 10 including 5 of last 6. They are scoring some runs finally and appear to be having fun. Philly is just the opposite losing 7 of 10 and pressing a bit and not being able to get the BIG HIT. Tonight Wash sends lefty O'Connor who is 2-1 with 2.12 era. He has pitched really well while Lieber is 3-5 with era 5.83. Philly is 3-7 in which games Lieber has started and with Wash being hot with the bats and O'Connor pitching Well I will Play, WAIT, As Lee Corso Saids "NOT SO FAST MY FRIEND" I have a funny feeling that even though everything points to Wash, My gut saids Philly as does my money. I WILL PLAY PHILLY - 45 2 units
I also think the Cubs win at Home but I wont put any money there, these 2 teams can really mess with your mind and pocketbook.
