Sure hope the Braves can win Today.

As far as the Braves winning the division, i think they are long shot at best. Mets and Phillies look to me to be the best at this time of the year.

same story again this year...... braves will improve as the season progresses and people will say... "now this was bobby's, best job", he even did it without Leo..

no reason at all, not to like the braves to win the division..

everything is alright with this team, except the bullpen and thats always been the problem..

i see absolutely no difference in this years team and no reason they wont make it 15 straight..

mets/phils,,,, chokers...

SSI-

It will be interesting to see how the BRAVES fare vs. the BETTING NUMBER from JUNE 1st forward until they clinch a playoff spot or are eliminated.

My opinion is that they will have a slightly PROFITABLE run in that span.

At WSEX you can bet the Mets not to win the division at +257 on their futures market.

What odds are you getting for division, I see about 9-1 for pennant.

fish, the books will be on the braves quickly... look at sosa tonight...

starting pitching will be good enough with: smoltz/hudson/sosa and possibly a surprise in ramirez..

hitting will be above average: renteria/jones/jones have all been there and done that..

youngsters: langerhans/diaz/francouer and mcaan will all play a big role..

if only the pen were straight, i think they will win this thing --- going away.

ill take (+488) any day..

thanks chuck..

Not sure the Braves will win it this year but it will definitely drop from 5:1 so a great opportunity to make some free cash IMO.

Anybody besides WSEX offering MLB Division odds? Olympic had them up for a few days and then took them down.

Thanks FairWarning. WSEX has the Indians at +1328.

Thanks, I got the Tigers at +1500 first week of the season.

My #1 reason for believing the odds on Braves futures will go down severely in the next few weeks/month is that they have played a major-league LOW 19 home games so far this season and play an absurd 8 of their next 12 series at home.

Their performance so far has been subpar relative to what is expected of the Braves and I firmly believe that is because they've played more games away from home than any team in the bigs!
