2-4 (-0.40 units) monday
93-101 (-28.22 units) overall
only had two wins yesterday, but they were both my three unit plays, so i only lost a little. won over 10 units back my first couple of days last week, but now have lost three straight days, but not very much. i am due for another decent day, hope it is today.
mets -140 vs arizona (3 units)...........arizona probably has the slight pitching advantage going for them, but like yesterday, i cannot pass up the mets at home at these odds. win or lose, i am not sorry i took this. i think the mets have enough offense in this one if there pitchers fails tonight.
atlanta -125 vs dodgers (3 units)............very similar play to the mets/arizona game for me. atlanta lost yesterday and i think they win tonight. sosa not as bad as his record indicates, he is due for a solid outing and a victory. he gets it tonight.
milwaukee -102 vs pittsburgh (2 units)............break up the pirates. i lost this game yesterday and i am probably being stubborn, but i still don't think the bucs are that good. my gut tells me brewers blow them out tonight as pirates return to their usual losing ways.
over 9 (-112) washington/phillies (2 units).............not sure if it is my imagination or not, but when you get a game that looks like it could be a pitchers duel, it goes over. both teams have their best pitchers this year throwing for them tonight. i think on a hot, humid night in philly that the ball will be flying out of there a few times. ryan howard swinging a hot bat for phillies and he could do it again tonight. sort of liked the phillies side in this one too, but don't want to lay heavy juice when they are playing so inconsistently right now. i just see many, many runs here.
i usually play a couple of one unit games as well, but i can't find two more that i like, so i will just stick with what i have.
