Possible E-Check Dispute with PINNACLE - need intervention

I cannot believe this is happening to me after that thread I wrote asking if it would.

I logged into my account this evening to check on one pending play. If Oakland can hold on, I will have gotten my account back to $14,500. When I logged in, it says my account is temporarily suspended and to write them. This is the crap I got.

I have been VERY careful about this because I know their policy. The check from Citadel Commerce cleared my bank on May 26th. This is complete bullshit. If I do not get my funds... there will be no end to my fury.

Here is a screen shot of my Compass Bank account (I've overwritten the bank account number.) Yes, I would be able to send an official copy to Pinnacle.

What is my next move? And why the hell can't I talk to someone on teh phone. I am aggravated to say the least. Mods? I need some intervention here. I won't stand for this.

This is A LOT of money to me. And suddenly, I have no access to it. And I have no recourse if they tell me sorry, it didn't going through, despite what my bank says. I feel I AM getting screwed - TO THE WALL.

I am suggesting that when a problem occurs, you shoudnt jump to any conclusions, maybe it is a simple mistake & will be cleared up first thing in the morning....

by flaming in your title, it is less likely that any book will want to work with you to help resolve it. If the money came out of your account on the 26th, you should be fine....

you can email me your account number at sportsavant@therx.com & I will call them in the morning on your behalf....

MY APOLOGIES. I saw that and after the whole thread about getting paid or not getting paid, I went off the deep end. I have contacted Citadel. I will update here in a couple minutes, but in the meantime, please change. Again, sorry. It is just a decent chunk of money and I have been worried from the start so you know how this affected me.

Hey...

Same thing happened to me but on a slightly smaller scale. I had the deposit clear my bank account as well. Not sure what to do. Lets see if this is happening to others

OK, I am better now. At the same time this was going on, KC also scored with two outs in the ninth to tie the game. I have a HUGE parlay that I need Oakland in for, so it was a crazy last 10 minutes.

I called Citadel ready to spew venom in every direction. the guy calmed me down and told me it was most likely a "glitch". They have received probably 30 emails according to the guy in the last half hour regarding this problem.

He looked up my account and said the check was only showing as "PRESENTED". He won't know for another day or two if it did or didn't clear, so any claim by Pinnacle that it didn't is a mistake in the software.

I can't believe this happened but I feel immensely better knowing that this probably gets cleared up. Of course the small doubt will linger till I have cash in hand.

And there is always the problem of having my account temporarily closed with some big tennis bets I wanted to play overnight. I hope this gets cleared up soon.

Thanks for understanding. I'll update when I know anything.

I just sent Pinny a copy of my Bank Statement showing the amount from Citadel Clearing. Anyone have an email address for Citadel?

Check CitadelCommerce.com. They have 24 hour customer service if you call the long distance line and not the toll free number. I spoke with a guy that was very helpful. They are currently working on the problem, but probably not in time for my overnight tennis bets.

DAMN OAKLAND! Get moving. That single with 2 outs in the ninth cost me $5500.

BTW, since I am in a complaining mood...

I am not happy with Pinny for another reason. I Only needed Oakland in my parlay for huge money. I wanted to lay some of that off by betting the second chance play on KC after the 6th inning. They didn't post a line. Nothing. I could have made $2500 either way. Instead I had to sit with my bet, and now I need a run in the 10th inning or I got screwed.

Too much drama lately. I just want a payout. When will this damn thing clear?

Well, I can't say I didn't have a shot. Two on, 1 out. The best hitter up at the plate. Nothing. BS game all the way around.

At least I get to sleep rather than stay awake and watch a 2:05AM tennis match online.

Damn Citadel/Pinnacle. NO email back BTW when I asked about reinstating my account. If they made the same call I did, it could be fixed immediately.

It's happening to me, too. My bank paid that check today, yet Pinny says NSF. I'm sure it will get sorted out.

My account has been reopened by Pinnacle. I will get those tennis bets in after all.

No email with any explanation or notice that things have been corrected, but I feel better.

Sorry for the jump to conclusions. It was the shock of a lifetime to see that notice after all the talk we had earlier about whether I'd get my money or not.

Got the same email as you did tonight. I have not deposited into Pinny in a very long time. Might be a faudulent email. I deleted it and blew it off. Dont think it came from Pinnacle.

E CHECKS
I'm starting to see now why Wsex stopped using them alltogether.
If the check clears your bank, then it's very clear that the problem is with Citadel and not the bank. Of course, the books won't investigate with Citadel, since they are in partnership (in a round about way). That's what gets me about using any third party. It's a typical--he said she said--and of course, it's the PLAYER's Fault till they sort it out !

They need to find a better company than Citadel if this is where the problem is!

BROMOx - I assume you're talking about the French Open. Are you in France? I went to the RG website, and apparently France or perhaps only Paris is the only place they're streaming it.

Where else is it available, if anywhere?
