How do ONLINE and BRICK and MORTAR (vegas) casinos get along?

It seems in the poker world the two seem to coexist pretty well. Online sites sending players to the Brick and Mortars for Live events. Sites mentioned freely at events held in US. DOT NET sites advertised freely on TV as well. Online poker rooms advertise freely in publications distributed mainly in LIVE poker rooms (Bluff, Card Player, Poker Pro, and PokerPlayer).

Seems to legitimate the POKER side of online gambling. Sportsbetting still 100% illegal in US (more so on the taking of the bet end online).

Would be cool to have a World Series of Sportsbetting. With a 10K entry and players sent from the onlines with some TV coverage.
