Fish or anyone that was up early and checked Hockey lines for the Cup.
Sry i just woke up :smoking: :lolBIG:

What did the series price open at? I see Carl - 131 at Pinn now.

If you had a $1800 future on Edm :dancefool How much would you Hedge?

Didn't notice sorry.

As far as hedging, it has been discussed at length in this forum.

Do what YOU and YOU only feel confortable with considering your financial situation.

Keep in mind, your sitting with the BEST of it RIGHT NOW doing nothing.

Again, my advice is to not allow anybody to totally convince you to do one thing over the other..............just listen to their advice and than YOU make the what you think is the best decision.

Having said that, I would hedge ever so very, very small.

I like the Oilers to dominate this series.
What do you get back for your 1800 Coop?

I agree Fish TY
I was looking for some other peoples thoughts. and wondering what the opening lines were at different books to find out what way the line is moving. I was hoping the public would or will hammer Edm so I can get a better price on Carl.

Ive only seen lines at Bet Jam, Pinn, ans SIA. Nothing at Skybook or BOS yet. Looks like I'll need to reload at Pinn or SIA to get the better line, cant see Sky coming close on the series price :cryingcry

Brindamour, Mark Recchi, and Doug Weight are all tremendous leaders & veterans, Carolina managment are no fools...

All want another cup real bad & any one of the three have the ability to win a game on their own.

Lets not forget Stall & Cam Ward....

In no way is this going to be an easy victory for the oilers, no way at all.

I see the series going 7......

Rest is not an issue, if anything Carolina has the advantage due to being 'warmer' but still getting 4 days off....

another intelligent way to hedge is to Back Carolina on a game by game basis, so as to recover some of your funds slowly if Edmonton gets trounced...

If u werent so stubborn I could talk to you on the phone about it!!! :lolBIG: :realtongu

due to being 'warmer' :monsters- :bong:

I think its more like

1 Seed
<TABLE cellSpacing=0 cellPadding=0 width="100%" border=0><TBODY><TR class=ysprow1><TD>y-Carolina</TD><TD align=right>82</TD><TD align=right>52</TD><TD align=right>22</TD><TD align=right>8</TD><TD align=right>112</TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>

VS

8 Seed
<TABLE cellSpacing=0 cellPadding=0 width="100%" border=0><TBODY><TR class=ysprow1><TD>x-Edmonton</TD><TD align=right>82</TD><TD align=right>41</TD><TD align=right>28</TD><TD align=right>13</TD><TD align=right>95</TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>

No ? :lolBIG:

Edmonton will not win this series - personally I would hedge to try to get a profit either way.

Carolina is a better team, and I think Edmonton will be exposed this round

going by regular season record? :103631605 GOOD LUCK :lolBIG: .

Edmonton did not have the same team, so this is irrelevent. This is actually where the player has huge advantage over the linesmaker as the linesmaker will over-analyze the regular season & home ice advantage, which mean next to nothing in the world of the NHL hockey playoffs.

HALF, as Eddy Murphy would say.

That would guarantee at least 9 bills which could be spent on me in Vegas :dancefool  :dancefool
