Well considering I write up just about every new book I try, this is nothing new, but this experience was about as bad as you can get. This place is easily the worst book I ever signed up for. I had to wait to completely get out of this before I posted my experience.

I see them advertise here and Don Best, so thought, they can't be that bad. Even moderators here Tony the Tiger, Their GRRRREAT!!! Well let me tell you they are not great. Sign up, get 20% bonus, cash as promised. Get a phone call next day out of the blue, from them. Just wanted to verify the phone number was you. First time that happened, I am thinking to prevent bonus whoring or something. Can't trust those lousy customers, and we will let them know that. Next day, a gal calls, sounds American, and says they are doing a quality survey. First thing she wants to do is verify my name and phone number. And she forgets to ask any quality type questions after that. Off to a weird start.

Next, check horse limits on internet. They have different limits, for calling in and horses. So posted limit is $250, I think, so I try it, at a minor track. No workee. So I try it at Santa Anita, nope, limits were wrong, and lower of course. So I chug along, lose a little make some small sports bets, and horse bets, but down overall. I make a prop bet on Nets to win it all, 50-1. Don't think nothing of it until I try to make another bet, my limit is $1. They had no troulble contacting me and verifying it was me, but for stopping my internet betting, a slap in the face.

Next, still stuck in there, so I call up, why? You must have bet a bad line and are not recreational, they could not even tell me what bet it was. Rather than argue I just gave the phone betting a try. Log on site, get lines. Call in, get a clerk who can't speak passable English. Have to give account number twice. The transaction moved at glacierlike speed. Finally get to the sport and game and ask for a line, I am looking at the internet with their posted lines. Clerk asks someone else for line, he can't read it to me. It is an adjusted line. No action this call. This happens, not once or twice, but every single time. Same need my account number twice, same take forever, and same only give out adjusted line.

At this juncture I just want to scalp out, get out as fast as possible. I can't even do that. I can't even get down now. So I go through it again, same bad English clerk problem, only this time when trying to ask his supe what line to give me he hangs up. Oops, 5 minutes wasted there. I had about a dime balance, which was the bonus. I go to casino and lose it all and delete bookmark, site, the entire episode. How often do I do that? This is the first and probably the last. Easily the worst experience I ever suffered through offshore. FROG rating, one Red Cent. Stay away.

Thanks for sharing Froggy. This is a "top notch" book according to Fishhead.

I started with the 99$ for 99$ bonus. They limited me to a 300$ mL bet on NFL Sunday. I was trying to bet $374 (my balance at the time) and they couldn't authorize it. I lost and deleted the bookmark too.

About a week later, I get calls from Mickey trying to get me to reload. I told her that if she could get me online limits of 10k per game I would reup. She couldn't come through but was telling me I could bet them over the phone. I explained that I could bet that much with Pinnacle online and I would just stick to them.

frog, i dont doubt anything u say, this is the former www.mybookie.com , they have been loud & clear that they want weekend 50$ to 300$ bettors. Im suprised your suprised that you got a hard time. .Any Player that likes big bonuses though & is a casual player there, will likely never have any problems. None.com doesnt really want pros.

Here is rule # 2 from www.nine.com

2. Nine.com reserves the right to limit or refuse any wager from "wiseguys", "scalpers", "beards", "middlers" and or, any player other than casual recreational players.

We know the rules Sporto. We are just sharing our experiences with others who may be considering joining this book. If you are a 10 dollar bettor, then this is the shop for you. If you like to play 3 or more figures on your wagers then you are in for all kinds of headaches.

I'm having the same problem with them now. I think its kind of laughable that they think I'm not a recreational bettor. I usually bet $50-$100/game but if I like something alot I may throw $500 on it. Because I did that once now I have to wager on the phone? I could see if I cashed out for over $1k or something but I haven't even met my rollover yet and I've been forced to call in my bets? Just want to get out of there now

SS,
is it really unreasonable to bet 2 or 300 bucks a game? How many pro's are betting only 2 or 300 bucks a game????? Try to live off that. Let me know how it goes.

Their definition of "pro" or "non rec" action is sickening.

Well I told them up front I would be betting nickels and dimes. They had no problem with that. And they let me lose, I was down when they cancelled my internet betting. But the worst part was the phone betting, a complete nightmare. I have several books, that have phone betting only, and make thousands of bets per year with them. I got jerked around worse with my few attempts there than all others combined. Once you get cutoff at the internet you are done.

My first and foremost complaint is it turns into a bait and switch, I never received the line posted on the internet, and after I asked for the game, they would change it on the internet. The clerks are mumblefucks, can't speak or understand English, which is cool if they are serving food or digging ditches, but uncool in this business. Worst shop ever for that. So it is effectively a keep you on the property store, and once you get phone betting only, it is only get to bet lines they want you to bet. I did not know they were formerly mybookie.com, but I would have signed up anyway. And again, I stated my intent up front, and they had no problems when I deposited. The phone calls were just plain offensive, I was presumed to be a bonus whore scamming, but I could get over that. But when you can't scalp out of a place, you are screwed.

How would books know if you are scalping and or middling you're not playing both sides at the same book?

Also, how could a book cut your limits and cancel your internet betting when you are actually down?

Sounds like they have changed their MO. Heck even cash bonuses are now Bonus Plays. Hey I'm not complaining about it, I find it humerouts how they label their bettors. Just won't go back again. Too many other choices out there

Exactly. I could not meet my rollover, and they knew that, so I was never ever going to collect any bonus. And again, I asked up front, can I play nickels and dimes on the internet, sure, no problem. And I got kicked out for a $200 bet. At least I think as they would not even say, but I was down at the time.

SS, were you third party to these conversations and agreements made between nine.com and myself? You better think twice about telling me I should know better, these jokers are the worst run, unprofessional, deceitful and dishonest book I have ever been around. They make Royal look good. And they do it to whomever they feel like it recreational or not, losing or not.

i have already said above that if you told them, they should have kept their word....

this probably a case of some clerk, just saying of course, of course its okay... without verifying.....

nonetheless, I am suprised, as these rules from nine/mybookie have been documented on these forums a myriad of times.....

why you of all people would hop into that pond is beyond me.
