Boxslayer just called me on the phone and here are his picks for today.

7* Mississippi State -135 over Elon ---still likes up to -200---Mississippi State has a solid Sunday starter and the depth of a team like Elon does not compare. So you have a solid SEC starter against a 2nd rate school's #3.

3*Georgia -2.5 -115

As I was typing this MSU line started jumping so I added in that he likes up to -200.

I wanted to add more discussion on the game but if I kept typing was afraid the line was going to bust through the roof and everyone would be pissed.

Mississippi State game is still under -200. Box is actually with a lot of SEC guys today that speak VERY HIGHLY of MSU's #3...he is just as good as their #1. Elon beat MSU already in a close game. They went up good pitcher against good pitcher. Today its good pitcher vs much weaker pitcher so MSU has a clear pitching advantage in this game. Revenge factor comes in too.

Georgia game has not changed much, I see -125 so obviously that is fine. Jax is a scrappy team but has no where near the talent of Georgia. Despite Georgia's loss last night they have actually been on a nice tear over their past 24 or so games.

No they are not. I believe he goes up to 15* and while he likes the games they are not like the North Carolina game yesterday.

As long as the sportsbooks get all the lines up there will be more 15* games.

They had to take a BIG HIT on North Carolina yesterday. They took some hit last year too.

If you make a $250 bet at Pinnacle, the line moves about 10 cents. These games will jump all over the place and usually only get 1 sided action.

Georgia game on now....Georgia leading 1-0 very early on.

MSU first pitch at 3 PM.

Too bad they did not post the ML for Georgia today instead had to get on the -2.5

FYI, Georgia line is still up at the greek. -2 1/5 -225....Game is now 5-0 GA in the 2nd. Think someone should notify the greek LOL???

yeah res...I have seen them keep games up when they have already started...You'd think a sportsbook would be 100% on top of these issues, especially TheGreek

RawPimple... Slightly OT, but if Virginia gets bounced and FSU gets through the Athens region, do I have Super Regional game tickets to buy here in Tallahassee?

Georgia has gotten to Jax's pen which is definitely a HUGE plus.

I liked the -2.5 too but was much more conservative. If there had been a ML play I may have unloaded on this one too.

Game is far from over as no lead is safe in college baseball but definitely nice to get to Jax's pen with already depleted pitching.

If Georgia gets through this game should have a good one with FSU/Georgia.
