Well, if you have been watching lines this morning, things are so volatile that many opportunities are gone as far as sides go. If you got in early, lots of nice scalps out there.
Already on Hawaii, Miss St, Georgia and SFran but those lines are out of sight.
With what remains, I like the following in order of strongest to weakest play:
1 UCLA -220 over Mizzou. #2 vs #4 and Mizzou went 14 innings yesterday--top 2 arms are gone. UCLA got shut out but only used 1 pitcher threw 8 and 2 others for 1/3 inning. No time for big writeups as things change too fast.
2 Texas -320 lots of wood but dont see NCST taking them out.
3 Troy +100 this is a good Troy team. They have more depth than S Miss and I thinbk they can piece together a better pitching rotation for today. Gonna be some scoring here, but think Troy, as the better team, has a definite advantage.
4 Oklahoma -210 Dont think TCU can hang with the OU offense. Both teams piece mealing a staff, OU should be able to outscore TCU. Remember, OU lost to them in game 1 and OU is the #1 seed.
Saving this for last--last game on the regular schedule. You wait and the line will be gone. This is just as strong of a pick as UCLA is for me. Fresno State -210 will handle SD tonight. Fresno has the pitching to win this game, period. Only concern is whether they try to hols some in reserve in hopes of beating Cal ST Full. Hope they are smart enough to remember there IS NO TOMORROW if they dont win today. SD can score as evidenced by the 19 the put up yesterday, but Fresno is the better team by far.
