I realize this is the Royals, quite arguably one of the worst teams in the past quarter century, but are the M's with Meche -220 better than anybody?
I think this is a *huge* overlay, and I may make a small wager on KC getting 2-1.

billhill,
That looks like a good value, they have been inflating the KC line for awhile wo snag all the people that just bet huge favorites. Good luck if you decide to play it.

Look at Mike Wood's career numbers against Seattle, then look at the fact that Mike Wood has more walks than K's, then check out his 1.80 WHIP and he is making his first start of the year. This has 3 innings or less of work for Wood getting absolutely shelled and then turning it over to the embarassing Kansas City Royals bullpen. Seattle may not be that good of a team but they almost always (outside of yesterday) take care of the Kansas City Royals, 9-2 over the last 3 seasons against them. Meche is a very good home pitcher as well. I don't usually endorse people betting on the Mariners since I have to watch this Little League team play on a consistent basis, but tonight I would and I think the -1.5 run line is a good play as well.
