Having a small problem with a book and neteller-quick question....

I w/d around $460 about a week ago from a book and it showed up as pending for 1 week on my neteller page. I would go to the book and it would still show the money in the book.

I waited and waited and made some more transactions with my neteller account but nothing pertaining to that particular book. Finally it shows up Monday approved by Neteller but not in my Neteller account. The money is out of the book. Kind of weird

I hate making phone calls and doing trouble shooting for this kind of stuff but I know it has to be done. Who do you think is the first place I should contact? Neteller or the book and is there anyone I should talk to?

Not overly worried but I have no confirmation numbers or any of that and a mess of transactions on my neteller for that week. The book is Bet Grande.

What route should I go first to speak with someone, so I don't have to make 10 phone calls and sit on hold. I think something was screwed up from the beginning with the paperwork or something because of the 1 week delay? Maybe a mod can help? Not sure if this is something you guys deal in. Any help making this go smooth and fast would be greatly appreciatied. Thanks

how can you come here and ask for help, and you havent even called the book yet? Not meaning to bust your balls, but common sense says call the book and ask whats up.

emails are scarce with them, so you have to do what you hate, call them.

no particualry asking for help(though I wouldn't turn it down). I am asking for the best route to take concerning this or who I should ask for to talk to.
