A little info on this weekend's fight

I heard this yesterday and didn't want to say anything until I knew for sure but Cotto is having problems staying within range to make weight. Also the weigh-in is going to be a 1 p.m. Friday instead of 5 p.m. so Cotto will have additional time to bulk up before the fight. Rumors are Mags is already whining about this. You might see a welterweight versus a Super Middle or Middleweight this weekend.

Arum won't have egg on his face 2 weeks in a row. I'm pretty sure he is closely monitoring this because he loses big money if this doesn't come through.

Are they fighting at 140? I hear Cotto has been killing himself to make the junior welter limit... I thought for sure he went up to 147.

I think it will be at 140 so Cotto should be a middleweight by Sat. night and Cotto has been going through hell trying to make weight in previous fights as well.

fight up in the air as of now. cotto gets weigh in moved up to1pm so he will be able to replenish his body weight before the fight. malinaggi camp very unhappy.
