Hello,
This is my first Post on therx.com. I first came to this forum looking at some info from sportbookreview.com. I recieved a link they had about the "situation" a fellow RX member had had a few weeks back.
Altough this guy had a bad experience at first I saw that BOS corrected the situation and that no one actually had anything specific they could blame BOS for.
Here is how my experience was.
I put $400 into BOS for a %50 freeplay bonus with 7x rollover. I then bet on the Royals moneyline at like +200. I won that bet and had $1800. I then bet that $1800 on another underdog team at something like +170. Sure enough I won that bet and had about $5,000 in BOS. I must admit I was feeling a little nervous having all this money with them all the sudden.
I still had some rollover so I put all $5,000 on the Giants last night and won that bet. I then had about $8,000 in BOS and had completed the rollover. So this morning I requested a payout and the money hit Neteller already tonight.
So BOS lost $7500 on me and paid me within 10 hours of the payout request. I dont see a scam anywhere.
:toast:
I will say that their customer service on the phone SUCKS. Some of the people can hardly talk understandable English. If i dealt with them again. I would comunicate with them over email so I can have proof of what I was told because some of the employees have different stories of how things work. This is by far their biggest fault and why sportsbookreview's C+ review is prolly about correct.
But they paid up. I can't say I will rush to put more money into BOS, but I would not say they are a scam artist or the like either.
I am glad I came accross this forum and hope my first post helps someone else,
