That is an email from her yesterday!
I ordered speakers(Dali Euphonia Ms5) from Audiogon(his audiogon ID is Smokingun65) and paid $ 8,300 by Paypal last Wednesday.
This guy said he is a dealer and he will ship the speakers with noticing envoice as soon as he get the payment.
Next, he said he needs 3 days to clear money (Little strange. It is paypal!) and he let us wait 3 days until the speakers are shipped.
After waiting several day I send a mail, but he didn't reply.
I called this morning but the telephone is disconnected. (both of his cellular phone and business phone)
I think I meet fraud.
I searched that he had criminal report in Cape Coral.
It is first time for me to encounter such a fraud thing. I'm so embarrassed and my hands are even shaking.
What can I do now?
To what number should I call and notice it?
Would you tell me how was your process going and what was efficient way to solve the problem?
Is there any tips you can give me?
Please help me.
His real name is Christopher XXXXX and he looks like he has authorized dealership with Dali company.
