First off i want to take the time to apologize for posting on here about an e-mail I recieved from Bettrojan regarding charging me for fees for a withdrawal. Which they DID NOT CHARGE ME.
Mike sent me back an e-mail apoolgize for it being rude and I sent him one back.
I will say that I have had nothing but great service from Bettrojan since I have used tham and plan I re-upping there for Football. They are a top class book ans that is why I was taken a little back by this whole thing.
Being in the customer service industry like myself I know it can get touchy if you try to explain to someone the rules. Sometimes the wrong words can set people off.
