NCAA bars players from calling time-out while falling out of bounds

I know it's old news, but what are your thoughts on this? I personally love the new rule, but I know others aren't so fond of the change...

I love it...this rule just was stretched way too far...guys 8 feet out of bounds already hitting the ground and then being rewarded with a timeout...it got to be BS...

Fran Fraschilla at ESPN thinks the rule "penalizes hustle." I disagree with most of his opinions, so I'm not surprised he came up with this one.

Allowing someone a timeout in that situation is insane. My dad, who watches little college basketball, was shocked to see JJ Reddick do it in a game we were watching. He called it the "Duke rule".

Hopefully, NCAA informs game announcers of the change.

I cannot stand when announcers talk about referees blowing a call, when the announcer doesnt even know the rule.

Personally, I dont like this particular rule change.
