Took a week off and feel totally refrshed. Have posted ALL YEAR in the tracker forum and that is my record at the beginning of the thread. Decided to come down here after reading Patrick McIrish's thread. It can get really lonely in the tracker forum and can make the grind feel even more grinding LOL.

Anyways here is the scoop: I will play between 1, 1.5, or 2 units on a play. I will just play sides for the time being. I dabbled in totals and broke close to even for about a month but I think this is what burned me out. I also will post early (generally nite before) on the directions of the games I am looking for and bet some overnighters. When I bet a play I will post minutes after I make the bet and at the book that has the best price.

I will try and have most of my plays, if not all up by 3pm est because I have to work in the evenings and I am not rushing home to save a few bucks on a play. Unfortuantely this will hurt my bottom line but I make more money working than betting. I feel I do an excellent job catching prices at their apex by following a few rules I have and I have close to a dozen outs.

This is the plan for the reminder of the baseball season and it seems to work best for me. I have thought about this long and hard and this is what I have came up with.

The reason I decided to post down here is that I beleieve talking things thru with others down here keeps your enthusiasm up and helps me add or lessen my confidence/money management on these plays. It's a huge grind but I think with the help of some VERY sharp baseball minds on my side we can squeeze a few more units out of this game.

I beleive you have to have a goal, something to realisitcally shoot for. Since the beginning of the baseball season I have posted that +20 units would be great for me and I am pretty much sticking to that.

Here are my accurate results up to date:

Money Wagered= $40,619 Money Won= +999 ROI = +2.5% ROI
this is the equivalent of hitting 53.6% against -110 lines on pointspreads sports. Not great but not bad.

This will continue to be my goal for the year as I hopefully learn from others (2.5% ROI). If these 2 things happen learning and winning at a rate of 2.5% than that would be a porfitable baseball season.

It looks like I will be playing around 6 plays a day. Their is 14 weeks or so of baseball season left. If I take off 2 more weeks and average 1.25 units a play I should average around $5,000 dollars bet a week and $60,000 bet for the reminder of the year. At 2.5% that is an additonal 15 units won plus the 10 or so I have now. So anywhere between 20-30 toal units won on the year would be great.

Good Luck to all:toast:
