How do the Pirates keep this guy in the Big Leagues? Worst control in baseball, hitters hit .308 off him, he walks a pitcher with a .000 average. As if his 6.63 ERA wasn't bad enough they continue to toss this bum every 4-5 days. I hope they keep him in the Big Leagues though so I can keep betting against him.

Going against him is money
He just gave up a grand slam, and it was the batters first homerun of the season

hahaha if the Pirates don't outright this guy after this start they are a dumber franchise than I thought all along. This guy has no right pitching to Major Leaguers on a consistent basis, he should be in extended Spring Training if anything.

And if the Road Warrior says it, it must be true..

The best part is that going into the season the Pirates considered him their "ace."

All based on 2004 when Perez had a sub 3 era and was among league leaders in Ks. He looked un-hittable at times. Then he comes in for 2005 and he lost 8 MPH on his fastball, loses his confidence, and you see where we are now. It's a shame
