<DIR>Noble poker is running a Fort Knox jackpot promotion. A few weeks ago, I decided to play since I know I have won sit n' gos before, and I have poker skills. I was fortunate enough to come out on top of 6 straight games. It took me the span of 3 weeks, but I won all 6. I was so excited, and couldn't believe I won. After the 6th game, I sent all the required information to them and was in anticipation
of getting paid. They sent me a ridiculous email back saying that I was in collusion and also accused me of softplay. I earned every win in those sit n' go's and to be accused of something I didn't do is ridiculous. It seems like a cop-out by Noble to use this as an excuse not to pay. I won all 6 games fair and square, and have been getting the run around for 8 days now. I keep calling, and they keep saying to check back in 24-48 hrs. What can I do? I don't know how many people have won this jackpot before me, but I wonder if they were paid. I also had to post up $57 for each tournament and all my account money plus winnings have been frozen in my account for no reason. I'm fed up with calling them, and I need the expertise of rx mods to help me recover my winnings.
Hope someone gets back to me on this.
Thanking you
Yours truly

To be very honest I am not sure what help Rx. mods can be with an outfit like Noble Poker but I am willing to try to help. Feel free to email me at wilheim@therx.com.

Just curious, did they explain what they meant by the collusion? Are they alleging you supposedly cheated with a buddy's help or something? Good luck on this...

These are the two rules that look to be ambiguous and could allow the website to pretty much use them whenever they want..

I will try to do my best if Isaacm decides to ask me for help.

Seems like they could just accuse a player of breaking any rule if they didn't want to pay them. Good Luck Isaacm.

Respected Sir
I just emailed you all the correspondence with the proof of me winning the tournaments. I hope you take a look at it and let me know what could be done. I haven't got the final reply from them yet. I'm still waiting but as far as the supervisor of the customer service departmant told me on the phone today was that their decision is final and hardly it would change, but I'm praying and hoping that it's a mistake on their part and that they rectify the error.
Thanking you
Yours truly

that's some bullshit... best of luck, and I hope you cash that 100k

The fact that they accuse you of soft playing is the stupidest thing I've ever seen and pretty much proves that they're throwing the rule book at you, trying desperately to avoid paying you

if you won six tourneys in a row, how could you possibly have been "soft playing" to "allow another player to win"

Well wheather he did, or did not ! They could use Every excuse for not paying that they want too.

Good Luck i HOPE ya get paid!

But i have a REAL bad feeling here. If they were going to pay, they would have already paid!

I sure hope he gets paid, but i make him a HUGE underdog maybe as much as +10000 maybe even the old out price.

Correct me if I am wrong, but winning 6 conseq. sit n go's (with 6 players each game), the odds are 1 in 41,472, are they not? And if you are a very good player, the odds are probably closer to 1 in 10,000 or so? So how could they justify paying out a $100k bonus on that? A joint like this would go broke if they actually paid it. I sure hope you get paid, but it sounds like a scam from the "get n go."

Guess this is the outcome when someone actually beats the odds and wins a jackpot. I wonder if Party Poker pays when someone hits their Jackpots?

Collusion, eh? 6 of the 12 rules are about collusion. A "collusion check"? WTF is that? Do they phone all your old high school teachers?

Rules 3-5 expand on collusion, saying it includes: sharing the same IP address, having the same 6 players in more than one game, playing from more than one account, having two players from the same household, etc.

These poker sites make a KILLING off their referral bonuses. They shove it down our throats. And then when someone of your "household" plays in the same tourney (who else are you going to refer other than a fellow degenerate household co-member) , you're both colluding and DQ'ed?

Hilarious.

The only person I've ever referred to a poker site is my Mom, so I guess I'd be in the same vaseline boat as Isaac here, if I won this tourney.

Yeah, that B makes things seem SLIGHTLY better. I've never heard of Noble Poker before and assumed it was some third rate bullshit outlet.

Still a long shot. Collusion is impossible to prove but much too easy to accuse.
