This board needs to get back to basics and focus on what is important...capping games. I mentioned that there are only a few people participating in these particular posts and I was wondering if we should post these in the OprahBookClub.com message boards? maybe they would have more opinons there about baseball moneylines? :lolBIG:

i am drooling over that potential +127 for the D-Rays against KC.

no way will KC be favored though, even at home agianst TB (who returned a couple of key players).

i agree that the LA/Col matchup is a toss-up

LOL...I know...when I looked again, seeing KC favored (and by that much) I started to rethink it. I just went off of the pitchers for that game, basically, and how they've done vs. the teams they're playing.

Great exercise though.

Probably more exercise than I've done in about 15 years. Whew...I'm beat. Nothing like this guy though:

I like this thread and it is interesting to see what the perception of the line will be compared to the actual line. I can never participate, beacause by the time I get home from work the lines are up for the next day.

Bz, good job doing this, appreciate it. I enjoy looking over what everyone comes up with and if you decide to keep doing it I will try to participate in the future. Maybe instead of doing it every day you do it once a week or so? I think the earlier you get them out the better it is too, for instance instead of just giving a day, give two days to look the lines over. For instance if you posted on a Thursday or so for Sunday's games then you would give everyone plenty of time to get organized as they would have until Saturday afternoon to get their informaton in. Plus the guys who work 9-5 during the week might participate if it was done on the weekend.

Anyway just throwing out ideas, I know this takes time so don't blame you for giving it up too if you go that route. Posters quickly get bored in these forums, that has been my experience at least, but some hardcore guys would probably keep contributing to it if you carry it forward. Thanks again.
